I’ve been working for KCP since 2014 and have been a physio since 2002.


I have 3 busy sporty children so my sport has taken a bit of a backseat lately but I get out running most days especially around the trails and hills of Kapiti. I currently work a lot with Pilates clients as well as general injuries and particularly enjoy working with runners. My physio style is a mixture of manual treatment (including dry needling), advice and exercise, exercise, exercise!


I have trained as a pelvic health physio and over the next few years I’m planning to increase my time working in this field with women who have pelvic pain issues especially those who are wanting guidance into being more active!
